Fixed term coaching
Each coaching plan starts with a discussion between athlete and coach. During the meeting you will discuss the specific objectives and targets of your coaching and run through a health questionnaire.
So that you can see your performance improving we recommend that you implement a plan for testing your fitness throughout the plan.
This can either be done by using a bike power meter or working with our partners in the Human Performance Centre at the University of Bedfordshire
