We believe that choosing the right bike is important. If you love and cherish your bike you will want to ride it & enjoy cycling more. There is a process of buying a bike that can take some time, but ensures you get the right bike for your needs. To help you navigate through this we have put together our 6 STEP GUIDE of how we work.
Don't worry we don't do hard sell! In order to select the right bike for you we will discuss your intended type of cycling, your goals, personal fitness and/or injuries and your ideal budget. From this we can narrow down your bike choices.
We believe that the only way for you to select the right bike is to swing your leg over it and go for a ride. We offer test rides on all our bikes* in the store and also have a fleet of specific demo bikes for you to take on an extended test ride.

All of the bikes we stock come in a variety of sizes. In order for you to be comfortable we help you through the process of sizing. For many bikes this will mean swinging your leg over a bike in the shop. We hold a full range of sizes and styles of bike for this purpose.
Getting jiggy with it…. For more specialist road bikes we may ask you to hop onto our Precision Fit jig where we can recreate the the geometry and fit of any brand and model of bike.
We aim to competitively price our bikes so that you get a great deal. Upgrading components on your bike when new is often the best time to do this and we can offer great upgrade deals on wheels, other components and accessories which you wouldn’t get buying separately. Simply ask the team if they can put together a great deal for you.
We offer flexible options so you can afford to buy your dream bike without breaking the bank. Of course you can choose to pay cash, by credit or debit card. We also offer these options which can provide discounts from the final price and/or spread payments.
We are delighted to support the governments Cycle to work tax initiative. This is a great way to buy a bike and you can make fantastic savings in the process. These schemes mean you can save between 25% and 39% off your bike and accessories and also spread the payments over 12 months. We help you with the process of finding the ideal position on your bike combining comfort efficiency and aerodynamics. Our trained fitter, Will, provides a complimentary bike fit with all new road bike purchases over £1,000. You get a free initial safety check on your bike with we recommend to take place between 4 and 6 weeks after you start riding. Our premium bike customers are entitled to a complimentary standard service (normally £70) this covers all the labour to check and adjust all the moving parts on the bike.
